This policy explains how archidiecezjawroclawroblox.pl processes data for the website, Discord/Roblox verification and community features.

Archidiecezja Wrocławska Roblox is a community roleplay project and is not affiliated with the real Archdiocese of Wrocław or any real church institution.

We process data needed for login, verification, moderation, forms, applications, security, statistics and communication.

Data and Purposes

The scope depends on the features used by the user.

• Discord identifiers, username, display name, avatar, roles and OAuth session data
• Roblox identifiers, username, profile, account link and group/rank information
• application, ticket, appeal, moderation and admin-panel records
• technical logs such as IP address, user-agent, path, time and security events
• anonymous or limited statistics for visits, sources and Discord/Roblox clicks

Legal Bases, Sharing and Retention

Processing relies on service necessity, legitimate interests, consent or a legal duty where applicable.

Data may be shared with authorized staff and providers such as Discord, Roblox, Vercel, MongoDB hosting, email providers, Google AdSense and AI providers when a feature is active.

International transfers may occur depending on provider configuration. Retention lasts only as long as needed for the stated purposes, security, accountability or legal claims.

Rights, Cookies and Automated Processing

Users may exercise GDPR rights and control cookies through browser settings and available consent tools.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the Polish Data Protection Authority.

Cookies support sessions, preferences, statistics and, where configured with valid consent, advertising. AI tools may support staff but should not make significant administrative decisions without human review.
